ETHICAL CODE

We thought it appropriate to make the Code of Ethics and Conduct of the Platform and of the whole ONESporter world in order to immediately avoid misunderstandings or non-positive behavior (in our opinion) on our part and on the part of the community.

We know, it's a bit long to read, but it's made with the sole intention of allowing you to make the most of all the functions of ONES 💪💥📲

The Code of Ethics and Conduct identifies principles and values as well as guidelines for the use of the services that the Coaches and Athletes (Users) expressly declare to share and respect as members of an inclusive, participatory and collaborative community. It is essential that the community constitutes a safe and secure place where the personal data of the User (information shared during the use of the services offered by the application) are protected by the Company as described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Each User will always be able to access their privacy settings and change the choices relating to content sharing with the manager of the OneSporter app and the related community at any time.

In compliance with the fundamental principle of freedom of expression, before publishing/sharing content with the OneSporter community, each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) undertakes to guarantee, under their own personal responsibility, the use of the application in compliance of the fundamental values expressed by the following keywords.

Awareness
The basic settings of the OneSporter community provide that shared/published content can also become visible to all members of the community itself (if they are voluntarily posted in the FEED).
For this reason, each User is called to decide responsibly whether or not to proceed with the sharing/publication of each content: once a content has been made public, the same, until its possible removal, can be viewed, shared and saved by the other Users .
Once the content has been saved externally, it can then be further disseminated in other communities/social networks/knowledge networks without it being possible to intervene or monitor such dissemination; at that point it will be decidedly difficult to obtain the definitive and total cancellation of the content.
The tenor, spirit and object of the content shared/published by each User will inevitably influence the opinion of others in the community: each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) declares under their own responsibility to share only content that respects the rights fundamentals of the person.
In any case, each User declares to be aware of the right to delete what is shared/published both individually (content by content) and as a whole by directly deleting their account.

Responsibility
Each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) declares to be solely responsible for what he shares/publishes and undertakes to express his thoughts with correctness, measure and in full respect of the opinions of others.
Each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) undertakes to moderate their own language in the context of a discussion with other Users.
Each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) undertakes to ensure that the community is a space for sharing and entertainment: no form of advertising, spam or promotion of private interests or unlawful or illegal activities is tolerated.

Respect
It is possible that among the various contents published within the community there are some that cannot be shared, are not interesting or can be criticised. In such cases each User (individually or through the person exercising parental authority) undertakes to accept the existence of opinions different from their own and points of view of different scope.
Each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) undertakes to intervene with grace and moderation to present their opinion and start a discussion: dialogue and constructive discussion are factors of mutual enrichment.
Each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) undertakes to maintain an attitude of respect for the dignity of others and to report any offenses, personal attacks and unpleasant or unseemly behaviour.
Comments addressed directly to the person who has published/shared a content and not to the merit of the content published by the User himself are considered personal attacks - not tolerated.
Each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) undertakes to avoid comments and offenses relating to gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, age, ethnicity, language and in general to any possible factor of discrimination among those recognized by the UN in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and by the European Union in the Charter of Nice (Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union).
In any way, intimidating attitudes, offenses, insults, threats, morbid attentions, harassments and insistent requests towards other Users will not be permitted. It should be remembered that these latter conducts can also assume criminal significance.
Each User (individually or through those exercising parental authority) undertakes to collaborate with the authorities to protect the rights of Users.

Collaboration
The success and good performance of a community largely depends on the behavior of the Users.
For this reason, each User undertakes not to create fake profiles and to share/publish only authentic content: a healthy community is based on the genuine collaboration of all Users.
In this sense and for the protection of Users, it is always possible to report contents or behaviors deemed inappropriate.

Control
In order to ensure that the community remains permeated by a collaborative climate, respectful of this Code of Ethics and Conduct and in any case a pleasant and safe experience, the Company reserves the unquestionable right at any time to eliminate or obscure any content or comments inappropriate, offensive or non-compliant with the principles of this Code of Ethics and Conduct.
If a User repeatedly maintains behavior contrary to this Code of Ethics and Conduct, detrimental to the interest of the community or in any case illegal/illicit conduct, without prejudice to the personal responsibility of the User, the Company is in any case entitled to suspend or cancel definitely the account.
