ONESporter was founded with principles of innovation, research and development in sport, ethics and positive values, with the need to give added value to the sports world.

But what would the world of sport be without a favorable environment and a healthy planet?

Our planet is facing unprecedented climate and environmental challenges which, taken together, pose a threat to our well-being.

In 2002, thanks to Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, owner of Blue Ribbon Flies, the organization was born 1% for the Planet. 1% for the Planet is an alliance between companies (to date over 1200) that have understood the need to protect the environment. These companies are aware that profits and losses are directly linked to the health of the environment and are concerned about the socio-environmental impact of the sector in which they operate. Since 1% for the Planet's inception, members of this alliance have raised and donated more than $175 million to non-profit organizations dedicated to improving the health of our planet.

ONESporter is committed to the cause of 1% for the Planet and donates one percent of the value of memberships to the protection and restoration of the natural environment.
